Job Description:

We are seeking a reliable and experienced Tele calling- Freelancing to join our remote team. This is a work-from-home, part-time opportunity ideal for professionals who can commit to 2 hours of productive calling each day. The primary role involves making outbound calls, handling client queries, generating leads, and maintaining records, all while ensuring excellent communication and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential clients or existing customers.
Explain products/services clearly and effectively.
Follow up on leads and maintain regular customer engagement.
Handle inquiries and provide accurate information as required.
Maintain proper call records and update lead status.
Meet daily/weekly call and performance targets.

Requirements:

Minimum 6 months of experience in tele calling, tele sales, or customer service.
Fluency in English is essential.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of using call logs, CRMs, or Excel for record-keeping.
Must have a personal smartphone and/or laptop with a stable internet connection.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
