TM Systems is growing, and as part of our plans for further expansion, we are looking for Sales Interns who is eager to learn and grow in the field of sales. This role will help you understand how lead generation, client communication, and sales operations work in a professional setup.
Key Responsibilities:
- Research potential clients and generate new business leads in target markets.
- Assist the sales team in identifying customer needs and promoting suitable IT products or services (software, cloud solutions, IT infrastructure, etc.).
- Support in preparing sales pitches, proposals, and presentations.
- Participate in client meetings or demos along with senior sales representatives.
- Follow up with leads via calls, emails, and LinkedIn to nurture relationships.
- Help in achieving weekly/monthly lead generation and conversion targets.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Basic understanding of IT products, software solutions, or digital services (preferred).
- Self-motivated, energetic, and willing to learn new sales techniques.
- Proficient in MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and comfortable using CRM software.
