Sales Development Executive

We are looking for a new creative native Dutch-speaking Sales Development Executive to strengthen our team in Rotterdam.
TM Systems was founded in the 1990s and is a fast-growing ICT company with great ambition and a clear vision. We provide services in cybersecurity, cloud strategy and transformation, software development and engineering, IoT, GIS and remote sensing, location intelligence, BIM and MEP, mobile app engineering, DevOps consulting, data engineering, and UI/ UX and design strategies.
We currently have more than 1000+ customers, 280+ colleagues and offices in the Netherlands, India and the US (opening soon)

You must have strong organizational and time management skills.
This position involves a lot of customer communication, so you must have good conversation skills.

We are looking for a real team player who understands the Dutch market and speaks fluent Dutch.

In addition, it is good to have knowledge or interest in IoT, Cybersecurity and Cloud Transformation

Your mission 🚀

  • You will work as part of the sales team that works daily with potential customers in Europe to generate interest in our services.
  • The most important tasks you will help the teams with are:
  • Outreach, lead qualification and planning.
  • Your focus is on qualifying as many leads as possible and determining whether they are suitable customers for our services.
  • Although you will be working with our lead database, cold calling is a big part of the role, so you will need to be comfortable with cold calls and rejections.
  • Connect with potential customers and learn more about their business and needs (via calls, emails, LinkedIn connections, events, etc.).
  • Educate, answer questions, and send resources to potential customers.
  • Depending on the need and your specific skills and interests, the role may evolve over time.
