TM Systems is growing! Recently, we have opened a new office in the Netherlands and as part of our plans of further expansion, we are looking for a “Hardware Engineer”. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing and supporting IT infrastructure, including servers, storage, Net backup, and virtual infrastructure on VMware and Hyper V platforms.

Location: Ahmedabad

Requirement: Hardware Engineer.

Key Responsibilities:

• Installation, configuration, and maintenance of IT infrastructure including servers, storage, and backup systems.
• Providing technical support for VMware and Hyper V platforms.
• Troubleshooting and resolving infrastructure-related issues in a timely manner.
• Collaborating with the IT team to ensure smooth and reliable operation of software and systems for fulfilling business objectives and processes.
• Working with stakeholders to define system requirements and understand business needs.
• Implementing system security measures to protect data, software, and hardware.
• Documenting procedures, creating system guidelines and manuals for the organization.

Qualifications:

• A minimum of 5-10 years of experience in managing and supporting IT infrastructure.
• Proven experience with VMware and Hyper V platforms.
• Strong knowledge of system installation, configuration, and administration.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with a team.
• Relevant certifications in IT infrastructure or related field would be an advantage.
