Overview
Built a sports and booking app’s entire social presence from the ground up, turning zero brand recognition into a fast-growing, engaged audience across Singapore.
Location: Singapore
Introduction: oqdo is a sports and booking app based in Singapore, helping users discover and book sports facilities and activities with ease. When the brand approached us, it had no social media presence and no established audience.
Challenge
oqdo needed to introduce itself to a completely new audience in a competitive digital landscape, with no existing brand recall. Unlike brands with a broad, global market to tap into, oqdo’s audience was inherently narrow, which meant every follower, click, and booking had to come from a small, well-defined pool rather than sheer volume. We had to create a brand identity that felt native to Singapore’s sports and lifestyle scene and drive real action.
Solution
We built oqdo’s social presence from zero across Instagram and Facebook, handling content design, graphics, captions, and market research to shape a voice that resonated locally.
Alongside organic content, we ran targeted performance marketing campaigns to ensure the brand reached the right audience within Singapore.
Impact: From a standing start, oqdo’s social channels grew into a genuine acquisition engine. The content views, link clicks and profile visits from both platforms (Instagram and FaceBook) saw exponential growth as more people discovered and engaged with the app directly through social.
