Core Banking Solution (CBS)
is networking of branches, which enables Customers
to operate their accounts, and avail banking
services from any branch of the Bank on CBS
network, regardless of where he maintains his
account. The customer is no more the customer
of a Branch. He becomes the Bank’s Customer.
Thus CBS is a step towards enhancing customer
convenience through Anywhere and Anytime Banking.
All CBS branches are inter-connected with each
other. Therefore, Customers of CBS branches
can avail various banking facilities from any
other CBS branch located any where in the world.
These services* are:

To make enquiries about
the balance; debit or credit entries in the
account.

To obtain cash payment
out of his account by tendering a cheque.

To deposit a cheque for
credit into his account.

To deposit cash into the
account.
-
To deposit cheques / cash
into account of some other person who has
account in a CBS branch.

To get statement of account.
-
To transfer funds from
his account to some other account –
his own or of third party, provided both accounts
are in CBS branches.

To obtain Demand Drafts
or Banker’s Cheques from any branch
on CBS – amount shall be online debited
to his account.

Customers can continue
to use ATMs and other Delivery Channels, which
are also interfaced with CBS platform.

experience to the customers, comparable to

A CBS branch is like a Sales
& Service Delivery Center. Back office processes/activities
are handled through technology at some other
site, called Data Center. Branch, therefore,
has more time for serving customers. This improves
the quality and efficiency of the services rendered
and the customer is directly benefited by way
of satisfying and happy banking experience.
Since a CBS branch is essentially
designed to focus on customer-interface and
customer service, the special lay-out and ambience
of the branch is made to provide a convenient
and delightful banking experience. The Customer
Service Representatives / Executives at the
branch are specially trained to understand,
facilitate and deliver banking services efficiently
and effectively.

Our Core Banking Solution (AutoBank
Enterprise) has been developed keeping
the co-operative banking sector in mind. Since
we provide solutions exclusively in this sector
only we have better understanding of different
ways in which Co-operative Banks work as against
Scheduled and Private banks.

Reporting:
All reporting is centralized. All branches do
not have to send any report to Head Office.
It is possible to take out all reports at Head
Office for any branch.
Platform
Independent Solution: AutoBank
Enterprise works on Oracle and since Oracle
is available on all major platforms (Windows,
Linux, Unix) it is possible to adopt any platform
and also on the client side it is possible to
have Windows, Linux or Thin clients.
Easy
Upgrade: We provide easy upgrade
facility for our existing AutoBank (Dos and
Windows) users, with complete support, training
and guidance.

Alerts: One of the unique features
of this software is the One-Time Alerts. In
this age of mobile phones, we provide alerts
on the mobiles under following three different
conditions:
a. Happening of Events: The
software can be configured to handle any number
of events and the targets can be one or a group
of mobile phones (of customers or bank officers).
For Example, a customer can get alert if there
is a major transaction of any type (Cash or
Transfer) in his account. An officer of general
manager will get alert on his mobile if there
is a TOD happening in any account in any branch.
b. Broad Casting: In this case
bank is able to broadcast standard or customized
message to one or more account holders. For
Example, deposits getting due for maturity,
Loan Installment getting due, Documents getting
due for renewal etc.
c. Pulling Information: under this
condition the client can pull information required
for his account like: Balance, Mini Statement,
debit cheques effecting today, interest rates,
etc.
The security has been enhanced
to the required level with following main features.
1. Database Security: Oracle provides one of
the best security in the industry for databases.
2. Communication Security: All communication
between clients and Servers are encrypted using
128 bit or higher level encryption.
3. Application Level Security: We provide one
of the best Application Level Security with
standard features like:
a. Maker and Checker concept
b. Users Levels and configurable rights
c. Individual User can also be further configured
for rights
d. Dual Access Control parameters
e. Complete Audit trail of all transactions
and changes happening on the database.
f. Terminal Level Security: Only configured
terminals can be allowed access to all or specified
modules of the software
We have designed special report
writer which facilitates bank in developing
Ad-hoc reports as and when required. This allows
them to feed all details at the time of Audit
or RBI inspection. Not only this but this ad-hoc
reports can be saved for use in future as standard
report templates. This report writer can give
