AOA starts with Client/Company Information records and automatically updates contact
details in your mobile phones. AOA synchronizes emails between your office email
and your Mobile Email. AOA works out of a Central Server in your office through
a web based interface.
AOA automatically generates invoices at specified stages of case progress and also
keeps track of all invoices/ receipts and collection outstanding (case Wise, Client
Wise, Advocate Wise etc.)
AOA has views for the top management. Views are designed to give bird’s eye view
of your business from Financial View Point, Cases Progress view Point, Client View
Point or Calendar of Events View Point.
AOA has also capability to scan and keep your documents relating to cases.

AOA uses simple Web Interface. It does not require any client side installation of software. The software is installed on a Windows 2003 server. For Email and Mobile integration, Microsoft Exchange server 2003 or higher is required. For Blackberry synchronization, a special software by blackberry for Exchange is required to be installed on the server. AOA runs on .net technology and requires Microsoft IIS to be installed on the Server. Client machines can run Windows or Linux OS.
