6. Smart card application : Since 2004, TM Systems has started working on Smart Cards based solutions. The First Mega Project we have successfully launched is Any Branch Banking with Smart Card Based “Kisan Credit Cards” for a District Co-operative Bank in Gujarat. Overview: The farmers are issued Smart Cards in the form of passbooks for their Credits Sanctioned. All the necessary details are stored in the Highly Secured Microprocessor based cards. The Farmers can walk into any branch and can withdraw or deposit cash based on their balance in the Smart Card Passbook. Thus it becomes very easy for the farmers to do business as they can go to any town without taking cash and carry out cash transactions with the help of the local branch. .
